【会议】The 3rd Conference on Condensed Matter Physics (CCMP-2017)
2017-05-02 08:00

The 3rd Conference on Condensed Matter Physics (CCMP-2017) will  be held on June 24-27, 2017 in Shanghai, China, co-sponsored by School of Physics and Astronomy at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Department of Physics at Fudan University, and Institute of Physics at the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

CCMP stems out of the conference series “International Conference on Condensed Matter Theory and Computational Materials” which has been held annually since 2002. The first conference on CCMP was held in July 2015, co-sponsored by Tsinghua University, Collaborative Innovation Center of Quantum Science, Institute of Physics at the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Peking University. The second conference on CCMP was held in July 2016, co-sponsored by Nanjing University, Collaborative Innovation Center of Advanced Microstructures, and Institute of Physics at the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

The 3rd CCMP conference welcomes nominations and contributions in forms of plenary talks, invited talks, contributed talks, and posters.  Aiming to keep up with the rapid advances in the field and to strengthen academic exchanges, the conference organizing committee extends warm welcome to domestic and foreign experts in the field.  Participation of young researchers and graduate students are particularly encouraged.

Topics

This conference covers the following main topics in condensed matter physics:

Superconductivity and strongly correlated electron systems

Low dimensional and artificial microstructure physics

Computational condensed matter physics and its applications

Magnetism and multiferroic physics
